Booking Policy

Upon confirmation, a contract is established with Corbett Hotels once we receive the advance payment.

Payment Policy

A minimum of 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.

Balance Payment

The remaining balance must be paid at least 10 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 10 days, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Important Notes

• Full payment may be required during peak seasons (New Year, Diwali, long weekends, etc.).
• Additional advance may be required based on supplier deadlines.

Mode of Payment

• Bank transfer (for international clients)
• All payments must be made without deductions
• Bank charges are to be borne by the customer

Security Notice

Corbett Hotels will never ask for OTP, passwords, or request payments to personal accounts. Report suspicious activity at reservations@corbett-hotels.com.

Cancellation Policy

• 60+ days: 10% charge
• 59–30 days: 25% charge
• 29–15 days: 50% charge
• 14–8 days: 75% charge
• Within 7 days: No refund

Note: A minimum 10% service charge applies on all cancellations.

No Refund Conditions

• Festival bookings (Diwali, Holi, New Year, etc.)
• High season (20 Dec – 15 Jan)
• Long weekends

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 2–4 weeks after deducting applicable charges. Bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Identification Requirement

• Foreign nationals: Passport & Visa
• NRI: Passport copy
• Domestic guests: ID proof (Aadhar, DL, Voter ID, Passport)

Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-in: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Early/late check-in subject to availability

Additional Charges

Extra vehicle usage, services, or upgrades will be charged additionally.

Liability Disclaimer

Corbett Hotels acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, transport, etc.). We are not responsible for delays, losses, accidents, natural disasters, or unforeseen events.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay due to events beyond our control such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to local jurisdiction.
